Oh, Hello! Lucky Wedding

I know I’m a little tardy to the party, but I’m absolutely swooning over the beautiful photos from the wedding of Hello! Lucky co-founder Eunice Moyle (Eunice & Daniel’s wedding is the cover story in the latest Spring 2010 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings). Just go take a peek at the behind-the-scenes here and over at The MS Bride’s Guide blog. Tons of crafty inspiration and DIY details (not just for weddings) featuring the how-to’s and gasp…fab free templates! Enjoy!

Thank You + A Font

First off, thank you all for your lovely comments (and emails) to my last post. They are truly and deeply appreciated.
And now to kick off and ease myself back into blogging, I present this fun/playful new Kushtie font by Morice Kauston, discovered via Behance. I think it’s those squiggly watchamacallits (…ligatures? glyphs?) that charmed me in a good ol’e Blueprint Mag typeface kind of way. You can donate to use/download this font over at DaFont. Enjoy!

Font: Chunk

What a fantastic (and FREE!) typeface by Meredith Mandel. It’s reminiscent of those old Western style woodcuts and old-timey broadsheet headlines, that makes me think of my fave David Stark installation for the MET Opera Gala. Download this super-bold slab serif awesomeness from The League of Moveable Type. Enjoy!
